EIC Seal of Excellence awardees

We are thrilled to share that 16 incredible companies in Spain, which received the prestigious EIC Accelerator Seal of Excellence in 2022, are set to receive a remarkable boost. These game-changing ventures have been selected to receive a substantial grant funding of €30 million from the National Recovery Plan budget and Next Generation EU.

The EIC Seal of Excellence recognises outstanding projects and companies that demonstrate remarkable potential and deserve funding. Despite budget limitations, these projects have been acknowledged for their excellence and impact, guaranteeing their tremendous potential for success. This achievement also serves as a quality label, allowing other funding bodies to leverage the Horizon Europe evaluation process.

Moreover, the Community of Madrid has taken a step forward in supporting innovation by funding an additional three awardees with the Seal of Excellence. This demonstrates a strong commitment to nurturing entrepreneurial talent and driving economic growth in the region.

These funding initiatives pave the way for transformative ideas to thrive, enabling these visionary companies to accelerate their innovative projects, create jobs, and make a significant impact on various sectors.
